Prompt #14. "Spot is a pea who is forced up Meg’s nose. Will he ever get out?"  Can't wait to see what you smart cookies do with this one : )

Spot is caught in sticky snot.
“How will I escape the green
and gooey snot of Josephine?
I’ll tickle her nose hairs, making her sneeze.
I’ll holler and roar, ‘LET ME OUT, JOSIE, PLEASE!’
I’ll squeeze her and pinch her in hopes she’ll insert
a finger, a tissue, the edge of her skirt.
But, wait! I just loosened the grip on my rump.
I’ll wiggle and giggle in joy as I jump…
…er, ooze, down the chute of Josephine’s nose.

So here goes……”

(I wouldn’t want to spoil the ending for you.)

BTW, Meg prefers her middle name, Josephine.

Meg had a silly habit that was bad
She put things up her nose, it drove us mad.
This stubborn little girl was such a tease
To get attention Meg would snort her PEAS!

She spied a bowel of peas upon the table
She stole a whiff as soon as she was able.
The first pea up her nose she called it Spot
Spot was the perfect size and not too hot
And next, you may have guessed,
She snorted up the rest
You're NAUGHTY Meg!
But Meg replied "I'm NOT!"

Hard and fast she snorted, I might note
And SO high up they landed in her throat!
You may not care to hear the end what follows
Her natural reflex is of course - she swallows!

"I've NEVER tried a TRICK like that before!"
Delighted, Meg swallow-sniffed hundreds more.
At this point I'll be brief, Meg had to get "relief"
THE END took place behind the bathroom door.
