This year, we reinvented ourselves, going bigger and better for our 3rd Picture Book Palooza with... The Panels. And you guessed it - we have recordings of  individual presentations from 4 panelists per session under a unifying theme!!! Also the Palooza is a really inexpensive but feature rich and fun fundraiser for our scholarships, including worksheets and wonderful recordings with over 40 phenomenal presenters.

For the past 8 years, we've been funding our own scholarships to the tune of over 180 scholarships with over 28 scholarship students (that we know of) having been published or contracted. Because we limit the size of the interactive courses to ensure everyone who joins a class gets plenty of individual attention as well as individual feedback from an editor, agent, or art director, this means we make a lot less money to pay our many expenses or save for a much needed future retirement in the hopefully not too distant future.

For only $59, you'll learn from a whole bunch of amazing writers, agents, and editors, receive tons of learning, and have gobs of fun in this fab children's book extravaganza. We want to give more scholarships to bring more diversity into kidlit and also help those who might not otherwise be able to afford our courses. Just register here and  for a rootin', tootin', good time learning all sorts of wonderful and helpful things!

We racked our collectively creative brains to come up with some panel offerings that would be the most timely, inspiring, and useful for kids book creatives.  And this is what we came up with with these AMAZING panelists. If you'd like to check out their bios, click here.
