- List all of the common questions. Organize your questions and answers by topic. This will make it easy for visitors to find the information they are looking for. Here are some examples of questions that you might want to include in your FAQ page:
- What are your refund policies?
- What are your cancellation policies?
- What is your privacy policy?
- How do I register for a course?
- How do I pay for a course?
- What are the benefits of becoming a member of CBA?
- What payment plans are available?
- How can I contact customer support?
- What are your Terms of Service
- Do you guarantee publication?
- Links to your student forms (privacy, student contract, payment, returns, etc). Make this a single PDF with all the forms.
- Code of conduct
- Keep it short and sweet. Visitors don't have a lot of time, so make sure your FAQ page is concise and easy to read.

- Course FAQs Live or recorded • How courses work!
- Update your FAQ page regularly. As CBA changes, so too should the FAQ page.
