One of her greatest joys is teaching at the Children's Book Academy. As of early June 2023, Mira's former students have published or contracted well over 1,400 Children's Books and WON MANY major North American awards! These awards celebrate excellence in children's literature and serve as recognition for outstanding contributions to the field.
