It's Labor Day weekend here in the States and in the spirit of honoring Labor Day, I'm taking tomorrow off and posting Monday's video early. So without further ado... Let me introduce Caroline Arnold's lovely lyrical adventure into the world of wombats and non-fiction. With the recent common core standards' emphasis on expository or explanatory/factual writing, children's picture book authors wishing to write for this burgeoning market can learn a lot from a book such as this. Caroline has written over 100 published books, most of them non-fiction. This one is from her recent animal world series, which you can find on her website at www.carolinearnold.com I'm also delighted to say that Caroline is featured in a helpful interview for the craft and business of writing children's picture books,This course is currently sold out but I'm looking at eitherscheduling the next one for either the end of October or early February. Do let me know what you think both about this video and these scheduling dates ~ much warmth ~ Mira : ) Comments are closed.
