Miranda Paul is a children’s writer who is passionate about creating stories for young readers that inspire, entertain, and broaden horizons. Sometimes I feel like I'm in a battle with my manuscript; it wants to go a different way. I like your idea of just putting it down for awhile and then retyping from memory. Thanks for all these tips.

Great suggestions, Miranda! And sometimes you need to rinse and repeat all of these steps again. And again. And yes...again. :) Then maybe, just maybe you will know your story inside and out. All 17 different versions. :) Writing rocks!
